Care For The Elderly

As our loved ones age, they become dependent on others to carry out their daily activities due to chronic disease or other conditions. Some people get help from their family and friends, but some don't have anyone they can depend on; because of this, we aim to help .older adults live independently by providing and coordinating important services such as home care, transportation, etc. These services help seniors maintain their dignity and security

We provide advice and information to individuals adversely affected by irregularities of life, housing options, personal development courses for children and young people, over all support for well being.

We give time to offer emotional support - offering the support of someone to talk to, to advise on various options available towards safeguarding. We also provide support with legal remedies and court hearings. We will work through the obstacles which create barriers to actions or decision making for those we work with.

POST INCARCERATION PROGRAMS

Fostering Positive Identities

We offer a safe, non-judgmental, confidential place to share challenges and successes of individual development after incarceration. We aim to identify, correct & prevent patterns and behaviors leading to impoverished lifestyles.

Participants discuss ways to stay connected, volunteer for community service, find temporary housing, temporary employment and so much more.

services include mentoring, advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, referrals, outreach, support, relationship building, role modeling, networking, support groups, daily life assistance, education, empowerment, coping skills, decision making and accountability.
